How can I pay for NetZero Gift Certificates?
You may use your valid credit card to purchase NetZero gift certificates.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards.
Diners Club cards are not accepted.
How many certificates can I buy at once?
There is no limit to the number of gift certificates you can purchase on
a single order. However, you will need to enter personalized delivery
information for each certificate.
What amounts are the gift certificates good for?
Gift certificate amounts range from $20 to $120 so you can choose the
amount that works best for your budget and your recipient. Gift certificates
are currently available in amounts of $20, $30, $40, $50, $75, $100, and $120.
Can I give gift certificates to an existing NetZero member?
Yes. Existing members can use the gift certificates to add to their existing account or they may purchase additional products and services.
How long will it take for my gift certificates to be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the delivery method you select. When you select
e-mail delivery your recipient should receive your gift within 1-3 hours.
You may also select standard Ground, 2-day or overnight delivery via
Federal Express for a small fee.
What happens to any unused portion once a gift certificate is redeemed?
Any remaining balance of the gift certificate not used to pay for service at
the initial time of redemption will be transferred to the recipient's
NetZero account balance. This remaining balance will be automatically used
to pay for future service and may also be applied to the purchase of other
available products and services from NetZero.
Can I order a Gift Certificate over the phone?
Yes, you may call 1-866-841-1442 to purchase gift certificates for the NetZero service.
What happens if my gift certificate cannot be delivered?
If we are unable to deliver your gift certificate, you will be notified
by e-mail along with instructions on how to update the delivery information
for your gift certificate recipient.
When will my gift certificates expire?
Gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

Can I send gift certificates anonymously?
You may choose not to display your name on the gift certificate, but
your e-mail address will be displayed when you select e-mail delivery.
Can I send different gift certificates to multiple recipients?
Yes. You may add additional gift certificates on the order review page.
Can I have the gift certificates delivered to myself?
Yes. Simply enter your own shipping or mailing address on the recipient
information page when placing your gift certificate order.
How do I redeem or apply my gift certificate?
Anyone, including existing members, can simply visit
http://www.netzero.com/gift
to redeem a NetZero gift certificate.
Existing members may also apply and redeem gift certificates by
clicking on the gift certificate link found the My Account page
at
http://account.netzero.com.
How can I check my order status?
You may check the status of the gift certificate order by visiting
ispgift.com/netzero.
You will need the Purchase Order
ID Number that you received in your gift certificate order confirmation e-mail.
My gift certificates have not been delivered yet, what do I do?
Check the status of your gift certificate order by clicking here to visit
ispgift.com/netzero.
You will be able to verify and, if necessary,
update the delivery address information for your gift certificate. You will need the
Purchase Order ID Number that you received in your gift certificate order confirmation e-mail.
Are gift certificate purchases refundable?
No. Refunds are not permitted for gift certificate purchases.
